We’re looking for someone eager to learn and support our Paid Marketing Department as we expand our presence across META Suite, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon, and TikTok!

    Your Role: Supporting Our Digital Growth

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Cremorne, you’ll play a key role in helping our business grow by executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies. You'll work alongside our experienced team, contributing to campaigns that drive results while learning from industry experts.

    What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and Optimise: Oversee and enhance the performance of our paid marketing on social platforms such as the META Suite, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon and TikTok.
    • Full Understanding of the Customer Journey: Recognise the 360-degree customer journey and the role of search and social from awareness to conversion.
    • Assist with Budget Management: Collaborate with the Finance and Marketing Team in managing budgets to achieve optimal results 
    • Innovate Campaigns: Continuously evolve campaigns and conduct split testing to improve ROI.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise Google Analytics (UA + GA4) and TripleWhale to track performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Audit and Optimise: Conduct campaign audits and strategy reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimise campaigns.
    • Accurate Tracking: Set up attribution and conversion tracking to measure ROI accurately.
    • Craft Compelling Content: Create compelling ad copy aligned with brand guidelines to drive user actions at various journey stages.
    • Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, seeking opportunities for improvement.
    • SEO Excellence: Analyse SEO performance and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
    • Test and Learn: Perform A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Design Team, Inventory Controller and broader Marketing Department to align marketing strategies with business goals.
    • Leverage Customer Insights: Use customer insights and market research to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities.
    • Showcase Performance: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.

    Who We're Looking For: The Ideal Candidate

    • Proven Track Record: Has a proven track record of identifying and capturing new audiences and optimising digital campaigns to increase conversions.
    • Data-Driven Innovator: Can challenge existing strategies and use data to drive ROI.

    Are You a Perfect Fit?

    • You have at least 2+ years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on experience running paid social campaigns.
    • You have experience with paid campaigns across multiple platforms such as the META Suite, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon and TikTok.
    • You possess deep knowledge of the digital landscape across channels, platforms, and environments, including paid social, audio, and video.
    • You have a strong understanding of social fashion trends and the fashion retail industry.
    • You can work independently and as part of a team.
    • You've worked on international marketing campaigns and understand the nuances of localised efforts.
    • You understand brand measurement tools and how to measure and optimise campaigns.
    • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • You are proficient with marketing automation tools, Shopify, Asana, Slack, Canva, and other digital marketing software.
    • You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • You think creatively and innovatively.
    • You are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
